It looks better for Han Dynasty to settle in Almenly.

Shark and its confederates are looking to establish a foothold in Newlands for their BL base. We'd have to compete with that, and Trivium for the fertile lands, which will be near impossible..

Almenly is mostly empty, and the existing Stark claim is not really noteworthy. They don't have any real strength beyond Phoenixfire at this time. We could contest it with ease should we need to.

Still near Tripartite Axis, and more importantly, room to settle.

We'd miss out on a lot of 7 foods, but we wouldnt really have much access to them in Newlands, and most of our cities are in Almenly.

Speaking of settling, I notified Janders of WoT (he wasn't thrilled) and talked to Ajq (he seemed disinterested). However, Aj is a believer that we should treat elgea like rl, so he probably isnt in favor.

AJQ is a leading player in treating hostile actions as they would in RL. Thats a dangerous mindset, and we'll have to try and be friendly to him while we develop. We are very vulnerable right now.
